• Who is not eligible to apply for this grant program?
Only community-based organizations are eligible to receive the grant award. However, partners in the problem-solving collaborative such as universities; state, tribal or local government entities; business interests; environmental groups; or another non-profit/non-governmental organizations are eligible to participate by signing a Memorandum of Agreement with the applicant.
